Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, signifies a new chapter of innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped section design ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and core itself, significantly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously engineered windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible through a tap changer affixed to the box cover, enabling seamless voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging in capacity from 30-2000kVA, are furnished with vital safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user needs, augmenting safety and operational integrity.
