Iron Core: A marvel of modern engineering, the core is crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, representing a new era of iron cores. The fully oblique-jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design, ensuring consistency across the iron yoke and the core itself, resulting in enhanced efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings feature innovative corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for added stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This design facilitates seamless voltage adjustments after a power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30-2000kVA, are fortified with safety features, including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, bolstering safety and operational integrity.
