Iron Core: Our core, meticulously crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, represents a groundbreaking new generation of iron cores. The fully oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design, ensuring uniformity across the iron yoke and core itself, amplifying efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings incorporate innovative corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible through a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This allows for seamless alterations to the tap voltage following power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with advanced safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, enhancing safety and operational integrity to the highest standards.
