Oil-immersed transformers offer a multitude of advantages, including superior heat dissipation capabilities that ensure stable operation. Known for their excellent insulation and high reliability, these transformers support easy voltage adjustments, meeting diverse electrical demands. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core signifies a new generation in design. The fully oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design, maintaining uniformity across the iron yoke and core, enhancing overall efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our expertly designed windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, stabilized by a tightening belt. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage changes after power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA come equipped with essential safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon request, enhancing safety and operational integrity.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer within a tube holder, strategically positioned atop the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
