Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core signifies a pioneering evolution of iron cores. The full oblique jointed iron core boasts a multi-stepped section design to maintain uniformity across the iron yoke and core, thereby enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings feature cutting-edge corrugated oil passage technology and a no immersion paint process, fortified with a tightening belt to ensure stability. The concentric coil structure includes high-voltage windings with precision taps, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This design facilitates seamless voltage adjustment even after a power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, covering a range from 30 to 2000kVA, are equipped with a suite of safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Furthermore, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user specifications, enhancing safety and operational integrity.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer housed in a tube holder, strategically positioned on top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
