Iron Core: Our cutting-edge iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new era of innovation. With a full oblique jointed iron core and a multi-stepped section design, it ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and the core itself, significantly boosting both efficiency and performance, and setting new standards in iron core technology.

Winding: Our meticulously designed windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability and durability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a conveniently located tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage changes even after a power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, covering a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features such as a reliable pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals is available for installation according to user requirements, thereby enhancing safety and operational integrity, ensuring peace of mind and secure operations.
