Iron Core: Our groundbreaking iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, represents a new frontier in innovation. The fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly boosting efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously engineered windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, reinforced with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design features high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing seamless voltage alterations post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, covering a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, come equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed per user requirements, elevating safety and operational reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer in a tube holder, strategically placed atop the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers within the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, providing precise and reliable temperature monitoring.
