Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, marks a new era of innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, featuring a multi-stepped section design, guarantees uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our intricately designed windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for increased stability. The concentric coil design incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing seamless voltage alterations post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, bolstering safety and enhancing operational fidelity.
