Iron Core: Our cutting-edge iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, represents a new frontier of innovation. The fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and core, significantly enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our intricately crafted windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, stabilized with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, easily accessible via a tap changer located on the box cover, allowing seamless voltage alterations when the power supply is interrupted.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are thoughtfully equipped with critical safety features, including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user needs, ensuring enhanced safety and reliability of operations.
