Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new era of transformative innovation. This advanced fully oblique jointed iron core, featuring a multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and core, markedly enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our precisely engineered windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt to enhance stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for exact voltage adjustments, accessible through a tap changer mounted on the box cover, enabling seamless voltage modifications post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA capacity, are equipped with crucial safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, significantly enhancing safety and operational reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer in a tube holder, strategically positioned atop the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
