Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, meticulously crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new era of innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design, ensuring uniformity across the iron yoke and the core itself, thereby significantly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings are meticulously designed with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured by a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design features high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for seamless voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, covering a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, come equipped with crucial safety features such as a pressure relief valve. A gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can also be installed according to user requirements, thereby enhancing safety and operational integrity.
