Iron Core: Introducing our innovative iron core, meticulously fabricated from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralding a new era of advancement. This fully oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design, ensuring consistency throughout the iron yoke and the core itself, substantially enhancing efficiency and performance levels.

Winding: Our precisely engineered windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings equipped with taps for exact voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage changes after power supply interruption for optimal performance.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, spanning a capacity range from 30-2000kVA, are fitted with crucial safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be included based on user specifications, elevating safety and operational integrity to new heights.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer in a tube holder, strategically installed atop the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
