Iron Core: Our cutting-edge iron core, made from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, marks a new chapter in innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, featuring a multi-stepped section design, guarantees uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly boosting efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously designed windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Designed with a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, our transformers are fitted with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be incorporated based on user requirements, elevating safety and operational fidelity.
