Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new era of innovation. The core's full oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped section ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and the core itself, greatly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our expertly designed windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for increased stability. The concentric coil design incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible through a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage changes after power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with critical safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, enhancing safety and operational integrity.
