Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core heralds a new era of iron cores. Featuring a fully oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped section design, it ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and the core itself, optimizing efficiency and bolstering performance.

Winding: Our windings are designed with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint procedure, securely fastened with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil configuration incorporates high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage control, easily adjusted via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage alterations post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, spanning a range from 30-2000kVA, are fortified with safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Moreover, a gas relay complete with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon user request, bolstering safety and operational integrity.
