Oil-immersed transformers offer a multitude of advantages, including exceptional heat dissipation capabilities that ensure smooth and stable operation. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, this new-generation iron core presents a full oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped section, ensuring uniformity across the iron yoke and core, thereby enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings are designed with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, easily accessible through a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless tap voltage changes after power supply interruptions.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, covering the 30-2000kVA range, come armed with safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, significantly enhancing safety and operational reliability.
