Iron Core: Constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new generation of innovation. Its full oblique jointed design, with a multi-stepped section, ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and the core, elevating efficiency and performance to new heights.

Winding: Our windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This allows for seamless voltage tap changes after power supply interruption, providing unmatched versatility.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with critical safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed per user specifications, enhancing safety and operational integrity to the highest standards.
