Oil-immersed transformers offer a myriad of benefits, including outstanding heat dissipation capabilities crucial for stable operation. Iron Core: Constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core represents a new echelon of iron cores. The fully oblique jointed iron core, featuring a multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity across both the iron yoke and the core itself, thereby enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage changes following power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, bolstering safety and operational integrity.
