Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, marks a new era of innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core itself, significantly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously engineered windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured by a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer on the box cover, allowing seamless voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, available within a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon user request, enhancing safety and operational integrity.
