Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, this new generation iron core, with its fully oblique jointed and multi-stepped section design, ensures consistency throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly boosting efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings feature innovative corrugated oil passages and a paint-free process, secured with stability-enhancing tightening belts. Their concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage customization. The tap changer, conveniently located on the box cover, allows effortless voltage adjustments when the power supply is interrupted.

Safety Protection Device: Ranging from 30-2000kVA, our transformers are outfitted with critical safety mechanisms, such as a pressure relief valve. Moreover, a gas relay with alarm and trip functionalities can be incorporated based on user specifications, thereby augmenting safety and operational reliability.
