Oil-immersed transformers offer a multitude of advantages, including superior heat dissipation for stable operation, renowned insulation, and excellent reliability. Their ability to easily adjust voltage meets various electrical needs, while their proven technology and cost-effectiveness make them the preferred choice for a wide array of applications.

Iron Core: Our core is crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, epitomizing a new generation of iron cores. The full oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, maintains uniformity across the iron yoke and core, thereby boosting efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, stabilized with a tightening belt. The concentric coil design encompasses high-voltage windings with adjustable taps for precise voltage customization, accessible via a tap changer on the box cover, enabling seamless voltage modifications post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with safety enhancements such as a pressure relief valve. Furthermore, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon request, significantly enhancing safety and operational integrity.
