Oil-immersed transformers offer an array of advantages, including superior heat dissipation capabilities that guarantee stable and reliable operation. These transformers are renowned for their excellent insulation and high reliability. They accommodate easy voltage adjustments, meeting diverse electrical demands, while their matured technology and cost-effectiveness render them the ideal choice for a multitude of applications.

Iron Core: Featuring a new generation design, the core is constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The full oblique jointed iron core employs a multi-stepped section design, ensuring uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core. This enhances efficiency and elevates performance to new heights.

Winding: Our superior windings are meticulously designed with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage adjustments, conveniently accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing seamless voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30-2000kVA, are outfitted with crucial safety features, including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as specified by the user, amplifying safety measures and operational integrity.
