Oil-immersed transformers offer a wealth of advantages, including superior heat dissipation that guarantees stable operations. Iron Core: Constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, this new generation of iron cores features a full oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped section. This ensures uniformity across both the iron yoke and the core, enhancing overall efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings are designed with corrugated oil passages and employ a no immersion paint process, secured firmly with a tightening belt for stability. Featuring a concentric coil design, the high-voltage windings include taps for precise voltage adjustments via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage alterations following a power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with vital safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be tailored to user specifications, offering enhanced safety and operational integrity.
