Iron Core: Our innovative iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new era of technological advancement. This fully obliquely joined iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and core, significantly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our expertly engineered windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, easily accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This facilitates seamless voltage alterations after power supply interruption, ensuring unparalleled adaptability.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay, complete with alarm and trip terminals, can be installed per user requirements, significantly enhancing safety and operational reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is furnished with a glass thermometer strategically placed in a tube holder atop the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
