Iron Core: Our groundbreaking iron core, made from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new era of innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, with a multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly boosting efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously engineered windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This setup enables seamless voltage changes after a power supply interruption, ensuring unmatched adaptability.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed per user requirements, enhancing safety and operational reliability.
