Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, forged from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds the dawn of a new era of innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and the core, significantly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our intricately designed windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible through a tap changer mounted on the box cover, enabling seamless voltage modifications following power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, spanning a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with vital safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be added according to user specifications, enhancing safety and operational robustness.
