Designed to impress, it offers a robust capacity of up to 50000VA, perfectly tailored for input voltages of 1000V and less, operating seamlessly in AC 50-60Hz circuits. This transformer is engineered for endurance, reliably functioning at full capacity over extended periods. It finds its application across a spectrum of machine tools and mechanical equipment, serving as an indispensable control power supply for various electrical appliances, localized lighting, and indicator power supplies.
· Operating altitude should not exceed 2000 meters;
· Designed for a range of ambient air temperatures from -25ºC up to +40ºC, with a 24-hour average not surpassing +35ºC.
· Ensures optimal performance with air relative humidity levels not exceeding 90% at +25°C, and below 50% at +40°C.
· Suited for environments free from violent vibrations and shocks, and areas safeguarded from rain or snow exposure:
In environments devoid of explosion risks, absent are corrosive gases and conductive dust that could potentially degrade metal or compromise insulation integrity.
Our transformers, crafted with precision, vary in structure to meet diverse capacity, voltage, and usage requirements. They are generally categorized into two distinct forms: with shell and without shell.
The coils of the transformer are meticulously constructed with either double-winding or multi-winding configurations. This allows the secondary coil to utilize multiple taps or multiple windings, achieving the desired voltage and capacity for distribution.
In our double winding transformer coil: the primary current is calculated as 11=Pe/1, while the secondary current aligns with 12=Pe/U2.
