Oil-immersed transformers offer a host of benefits, boasting exceptional heat dissipation capabilities that ensure stable operation. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new generation of core technology. The full oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped section ensures uniformity between the iron yoke and the core, enhancing both efficiency and overall performance.

Winding: Our innovative windings feature corrugated oil passages with a no immersion paint process, secured firmly with a tightening belt to ensure stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with accessible taps for precise voltage adjustments, facilitated through a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This enables seamless tap voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with advanced safety features including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be optionally installed to enhance safety and operational integrity, meeting user requirements with precision.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer in a tube holder, strategically placed atop the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
