Iron Core: Our iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, represents a new generation of advanced cores. Featuring a full oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped section, it ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and the core, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: The windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for optimal stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer on the box cover, enabling seamless tap voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, in the 30-2000kVA range, are equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, significantly enhancing safety and operational integrity.
