Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a breakthrough in innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped sectional design, ensuring uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our expertly crafted windings feature corrugated oil passages and a paint-free immersion process, secured with a tightening belt for heightened stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for exact voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, enabling seamless voltage changes after power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, spanning a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with vital safety mechanisms such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, ensuring enhanced safety and operational integrity.
