Iron Core: Our cutting-edge iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, signifies a groundbreaking innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, featuring a multi-stepped section design, provides uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly boosting efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our expertly engineered windings boast corrugated oil passages and utilize a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible through a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage modifications post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, available in a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user preferences, enhancing safety and operational reliability.
