Iron Core: The iron core, crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, represents a groundbreaking new generation. Featuring a full oblique joint and a multi-stepped section design, it ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and the core, significantly enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings are innovatively designed with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt to ensure stability. The concentric coil configuration incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, easily accessible through a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage modifications post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, spanning a range from 30-2000kVA, are outfitted with advanced safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay equipped with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user specifications, thereby enhancing safety and maintaining operational integrity.
