Oil-immersed transformers offer a wealth of advantages, prominently featuring outstanding heat dissipation that guarantees consistent and stable operation. Iron Core: Our iron core, crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, represents a leap forward in core design. The innovative full oblique jointed construction with a multi-stepped section ensures uniformity and enhances both efficiency and performance across the iron yoke and the core.

Winding: Featuring corrugated oil passages and a non-immersion paint process, our windings are stabilized with a tightening belt, promoting durability. The concentric coil structure includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage tweaking, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, enabling effortless tap voltage adjustments after power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are fortified with essential safety features, including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, at the discretion of the user, a gas relay fitted with alarm and trip terminals can be installed, further enhancing safety and operational trustworthiness.
