Oil-immersed transformers offer a multitude of advantages, including superior heat dissipation capabilities that ensure consistent operation. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core is a new generation of iron cores. The full oblique jointed iron core, with a multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and the core itself, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings are designed with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage adjustments, easily accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This feature allows for seamless voltage changes after power supply interruptions.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, spanning a range of 30-2000kVA, come equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, boosting safety and operational integrity.
