Iron Core: The iron core is meticulously crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, representing the forefront of next-generation core technology. Its fully oblique jointed, multi-stepped section design ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings are designed with precision, incorporating corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt to ensure stability. The sophisticated concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible through a tap changer conveniently mounted on the box cover, allowing effortless tap voltage alterations after power supply interruptions.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a suite of safety features, including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, users can install a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals upon request, enhancing the safety and integrity of operational processes.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer housed in a tube holder, strategically positioned atop the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
