Iron Core: Presenting our state-of-the-art iron core, fabricated from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which marks a transformative leap forward in innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, greatly enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously crafted windings feature corrugated oil passages and utilize a no immersion paint process, reinforced with a tightening belt for superior stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This allows for seamless voltage modifications following a power supply interruption, ensuring unmatched flexibility.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, are integrated with crucial safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user specifications, enhancing safety and operational dependability.
