Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, made from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, ushers in a new era of innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, with a multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and core, significantly boosting efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously designed windings feature corrugated oil passages and utilize a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for increased stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer on the box cover. This allows for seamless voltage changes following a power supply interruption, offering unparalleled adaptability.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, are equipped with vital safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, enhancing safety and operational reliability.
