Oil-immersed transformers offer a multitude of advantages, including exceptional heat dissipation capabilities that ensure stable and reliable operation. Iron Core: Our core is crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, representing the next generation of iron cores. The full oblique jointed design features a multi-stepped section, ensuring uniformity across the iron yoke and core, thus enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings feature innovative corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, stabilized with a tightening belt. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage adjustments. These taps are accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for seamless modifications to tap voltage after power supply interruptions.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user specifications, significantly enhancing safety and operational integrity.
