Product Structure Features
△ Crafted with precision, the iron core is constructed from high magnetic permeability grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This heart-type core features a circular section with multiple steps, guaranteeing equal sections for both the core and the iron, enhancing efficiency and performance.
△ Our winding technique incorporates tile oil channels, eliminating the need for a dipping paint process. With compression belts firmly tied and rolled, the concentric coil windings ensure stability. The high-voltage winding includes a tap to adjust to specific voltage requirements, which connects to the tap changer. The tap changer switch, accessible on the box cover, allows voltage adjustments post power cutoff.
