Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, this new generation of iron cores features a fully oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped section. Ensuring uniformity and consistency across the iron yoke and core, this innovative structure significantly enhances efficiency and overall performance.

Winding: Our windings are meticulously designed with corrugated oil passages and a paint-free process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. Featuring a concentric coil design, the high-voltage windings include taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessed via a conveniently mounted tap changer. This facilitates seamless voltage tap changes post power supply interruption, ensuring flexibility and precision.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, spanning a range of 30-2000kVA, come equipped with critical safety features including a pressure relief valve. Furthermore, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user preferences, enhancing safety and ensuring operational integrity at every level.
