Product Structure Features
△ The iron core is a marvel of design, constructed from cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic permeability grain orientation. This advanced heart-type core features a circular section and multiple steps, ensuring both the iron core and core maintain equal sectional dimensions for top-tier performance.
△ The windings are an innovative marvel, incorporating a tile oil channel to eliminate the need for a dipping paint process. They are meticulously tied and rolled with a compression belt, creating concentric coils that promise reliability. The high-voltage winding is engineered with a tap, precisely aligned to meet tap voltage requirements and seamlessly integrated with the tap changer. The switch is conveniently positioned on the box cover, enabling tap voltage adjustments only when the power is disconnected.
△ Safety is of paramount importance, and our design includes a gas relay and a pressure relief valve as integral components of the comprehensive safety protection device, ensuring top-notch safety and reliability.
