Oil-immersed transformers offer a multitude of benefits, including exceptional heat dissipation capabilities for stable operation. Iron Core: The core is crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, representing a new generation of iron cores. Featuring a full oblique jointed iron core and a multi-stepped section design, it ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and the core itself, significantly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings feature corrugated oil passages with a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This allows seamless changes to the tap voltage, even post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, available in the 30-2000kVA range, come equipped with safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, enhancing safety and operational reliability.
