Iron Core: Our cutting-edge iron core, forged from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, marks a new era of innovation. This full oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped section design ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and the core itself, significantly enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously designed windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design features high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage adjustments. These adjustments are seamlessly facilitated through an accessible tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for smooth voltage changes after power supply interruptions.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, boasting a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. For enhanced safety and operational integrity, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, adding an extra layer of protection.
