Oil-immersed transformers offer a multitude of advantages, including superior heat dissipation for stable and reliable operation. Known for their excellent insulation and high dependability, they provide easy voltage adjustments to accommodate diverse electrical needs. Iron Core: Built from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core represents a cutting-edge generation of iron cores. The full oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped section ensures uniformity within the iron yoke and the core, enhancing both efficiency and overall performance.

Winding: Our windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for utmost stability. The concentric coil design features high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precision voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer on the box cover. This facilitates seamless tap voltage modifications after power supply interruptions.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with crucial safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as requested, enhancing both safety and operational integrity to ensure peace of mind.
