Oil-immersed transformers offer a multitude of advantages, including superior heat dissipation capabilities ensuring stable operations. These transformers are celebrated for their excellent insulation and high reliability. They provide seamless voltage adjustments, accommodating a range of electrical demands, while their mature technology and cost-effectiveness make them a preferred choice across various applications.

Iron Core: The core, meticulously crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, embodies a new epoch of iron cores. The fully oblique jointed iron core, featuring a multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity between the iron yoke and the core itself, amplifying efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings are ingeniously designed with corrugated oil passages and a non-immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil architecture includes high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage adjustments, easily accessible via a tap changer affixed to the box cover. This facilitates seamless alterations to the tap voltage following a power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Devices: Our transformers, with capacities ranging from 30-2000kVA, are fortified with essential safety mechanisms, including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user specifications, augmenting safety and operational integrity.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Every transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer housed within a tube holder, strategically placed atop the oil tank, penetrating 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers rated between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, ensuring precise and dependable temperature monitoring.
