Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet, the iron core represents a new era of innovation. With its fully oblique jointed multi-stepped structure, it ensures equal sections in the iron yoke and core, optimizing performance and efficiency.
Winding: Featuring a modern corrugated oil passage design, our winding process eliminates the need for immersion paint. Concentric coil windings with taps aligned to precise tapping voltage requirements lead to a tap changer. The switch, conveniently mounted on the box cover, allows voltage adjustment after power supply disconnection.
Safety Protection Device: For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is standard. Additionally, a customizable gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be incorporated as per user specifications, ensuring unmatched safety and operational integrity.
