Oil-immersed transformers offer numerous advantages, including exceptional heat dissipation capabilities that ensure stable operation. These transformers are celebrated for their outstanding insulation and high reliability. They facilitate easy voltage adjustments, catering to a wide range of electrical needs, while their mature technology and cost-effectiveness make them an excellent choice for various applications.

Iron Core: The core, constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, represents a new generation of iron cores. The fully oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design, ensuring uniformity across the iron yoke and the core itself, thereby enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design features high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, easily accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This allows for seamless adjustments to the tap voltage after power supply disruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, are equipped with safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, enhancing safety and operational integrity.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer in a tube holder, strategically positioned on top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, providing precise and reliable temperature monitoring.
