Engineered for endurance, it operates continuously at full capacity, making it an ideal choice for machine tools and mechanical equipment. This transformer serves as a reliable control power supply for general electrical appliances, local lighting, and signaling power needs.
· Designed for altitudes not exceeding 2000 meters;
· Can operate efficiently within ambient air temperatures ranging from -25ºC to +40ºC, with a 24-hour average that doesn't surpass +35ºC.
· Maintains functionality with a relative air humidity not surpassing 90% at +25ºC, and not exceeding 50% at +40ºC.
· Specifically designed for environments free from intense vibration and shock, and areas shielded from rain or snow exposure.
Crafted for use in non-explosive atmospheres, this model ensures safety where corrosive gases and conductive dust are absent, preserving both metal integrity and insulation.
Transformers are tailored to varying capacities, voltages, and application needs, resulting in diverse structural forms. Generally available in both enclosed and open-shell designs.
Our transformer coils incorporate double-winding or multi-winding techniques. The secondary configuration utilizes multiple taps or windings to achieve the desired voltage and capacity distribution.
In our double winding transformer coil, the primary current is calculated as 11=Pe/1, while the secondary current is determined by 12=Pe/U2.
