Oil-immersed transformers offer numerous advantages, including superior heat dissipation capabilities that guarantee stable operation. Iron Core: The core is constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, representing a new generation of iron cores. The full oblique jointed iron core boasts a multi-stepped section design, ensuring uniformity across the iron yoke and core itself, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for stability. The concentric coil design incorporates high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible through a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This allows for seamless adjustments to the tap voltage following a power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, enhancing safety and operational integrity.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer in a tube holder, strategically positioned atop the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
