Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, ushers in a new era of innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core, significantly enhancing efficiency and performance to unprecedented levels.

Winding: Our intricately designed windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design features high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing seamless voltage alterations post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, encompassing a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with critical safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications, elevating safety and operational fidelity.
